Our love story

‘Saksi ang langit sa ‘tin’

On December 19, 2019, two strangers swiped right on Bumble without knowing they had just matched with forever. With all the courage she had, Hannah sent the first message: “What’s up, ketchup?” And luckily for her, Carlo happened to be a sauce-loving guy—so from that cheesy opener, their love story began.

Then came the pandemic. Screens replaced dates, and what should have been a honeymoon phase felt more like long-distance. But if love can survive lockdowns and endless video calls, it can survive anything.

Fast forward a few years, and their first trip abroad together took them to the stunning fields of Taiwan. There, surrounded by flowers, Carlo knew it was the perfect place to propose. On their fourth anniversary, 27 December 2024, Carlo finally asked the question. Hannah’s first reaction? “Luh, totoo ba?” quickly followed by an enthusiastic “Yes!”

And here they are today—after four years, one pandemic, and countless dates—ready to begin their greatest adventure yet: The Married Life.

HOW TO GET THERE?

We encourage guests coming from up north to use the C-5 extension or CAVITEX.For guests in the south, we suggest passing through SM Sucat and the nearby Dr. Santos LRT Station to head to the ceremony.

Please do plan accordingly to avoid traffic, especially along the Alabang-Zapote road.

*Both venues have ample parking spaces.

HOW TO GET THERE?

The reception will start at 6:00 P.M. While waiting, cocktails and appetizers will be served as early as 5:00 P.M.

After the ceremony, there are many routes for guests to use in heading to the venue. You may do any of the following:

  • Driving through the whole Alabang-Zapote road. Please be informed that this route may take time to go through as it is known for its Friday traffic.
  • Go toward SM Sucat, then turn right to Gatchalian Subdivision. There is a P20.00 fee collected along this route. Continue along CAA Road, then exit to Alabang-Zapote.
  • Those with Las Pinas Friendship stickers, or those with BF Homes car stickers, can take advantage of this route and go through BF Homes, exiting Concha Cruz.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an Adults-Only Celebration. We kindly ask that children sit this one out, so everyone can fully enjoy the evening.

Unless your invitation states otherwise, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We’ve carefully planned the seating, and every name on the list has a seat reserved just for them.

We’ve chosen to have an unplugged ceremony. Our photographers will capture every moment beautifully, so please keep phones and cameras away until we’ve said, “I do.” Afterward, feel free to snap away and share your memories using our hashtag: #CARLOFoundHisTadHANNAH.

For our out-of-town guests—or those wishing to relax before the festivities—we recommend:

  • The Excelsior Hotel – close to the reception venue (and where the couple and their families will be staying)
  • Brittany Global South (formerly Mello Hotel) – conveniently located near the church

Should you wish to book at The Excelsior, you may contact Ms. Khizia (number upon request) and mention you’re attending our wedding for special arrangements.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors, so no worries about weather or wandering insects.
Yes, both venues offer ample parking for your convenience.

Transportation will not be provided. We kindly ask guests to arrange their own travel in advance. Options include:

  • Personal vehicle
  • Avis (advance bookings recommended)
  • Grab/InDrive
  • Carpooling with fellow guests
